Being based in the German established town of Fredericksburg, we like to praise our ancestry in Brewing. The Fredericksburg Brewing Company is the oldest brewpub in Texas as well as has been proclaimed the BEST Texas brewpub twice by Texas Monthly. Aldstadt Brewery prides itself in applying new brew methods to traditional ones, even using authentic German Brewing equipment!
